VIP Travel ignores Thousands of Inquiries-Is Sued

According to The Squeaky Wheel, over 7000 ( seven thosand) inquiries have been made regarding a complaint regarding VIP Travel. Also, VIP Travel got sued by South Carolina Department of Consumer Advocate in April 2008. Go look for yourself. is this the kind of company you want to do business with. I have never read anywhere, on any complaint board, a compant to have so many inquiries regarding their services. I wonder if that is the type of company anyone wants to do business with. And note, they made no move to try and settle with the complaining party. Would you want to try to do business with a company like this? You know, where thosands of dollars are riding on your arriving at your supposed destination. Whether it be in the United States, but according to their website, "any" time a member chooses to travel, the can accommodate their members' wishes, and not only accommodate their member's wishes, they VIP Travel will guarantee the best price available. Sounds good to me. But......check the internet....do they deliver.....you decide.....

As a former employee of this company, I would strongly disadvice anyone from doing business with these crooks! They are operating under SEVERAL different names now. (Elite Escapes International, VIP Travel, Vacation International Professionals, South Carolina Resort Properties, Resort Reservation Services ETC) Just check around and read up on all of them for yourself!

Based on what I have read on other websites, Rick Butler actually received a form he was supposed to sign to receive his refund check and he refuses to sign it. That is the reason he isnt getting his refund. Sounds like a no brainer. Sign the form and you get your refund. It's not really that hard...

VIP Travel refuses refund of membership. They have stated elsewhere the refund has taken place, but, no refund yet. I would definitelknow if I had received $3,596.00.

VIP Travel and Certs INC which is the company in conjunction with VIP Travel is a SCAM. They have deceptive business practices....
DO NOT do business with these two companies............
